[:it]L’Appartamento è situato al piano terra ed è composto da 4 vani: una camera matrimoniale ed una camera con due letti singoli, entrambe complete di comodini e guardaroba, un bagno composto da wc, bidet, lavabo, doccia, asciugacapelli, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro ed un soggiorno/cucina con divano letto da due posti, televisore LCD ed un bellissimo camino in muratura. Anche la cucina è in muratura ed è completa di frigorifero/congelatore, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, pentole e stoviglie.
Si forniscono inoltre i set di lenzuola e un set da bagno a persona composto da telo doccia, telo viso e bidet.
Tutte le stanze sono dotate di climatizzatori a pompa di calore ed impianto di riscaldamento a termosifoni, inoltre tutte le finestre e le porte sono provviste di zanzariere.
Le dimensioni interne della casa misurano circa 80 mq calpestabili.
All’esterno è presente un patio con portico provvisto di tavolo e sedie da esterno, barbecue in muratura e doccia esterna. A disposizione anche uno stendino.
L’Appartamento possiede il posto auto riservato.
La Piscina, in comune, misura 7 mt di larghezza per 11 mt di lunghezza, la profondità varia da 1.20 mt a 2.15 mt ed è dotata di scale in muratura per l’entrata e l’uscita dall’acqua.
Il campetto multi sport è in cemento ed è dotato di illuminazione. Si possono praticare diversi sport, tra cui tennis, calcetto e palla volo.
